"Jerry is not your average contractor. He calls you back. He shows up on time. He completes the job until you're happy. One word of advice -- make sure you're there when he's doing the job if you're a perfectionist. I left my husband in charge and he really didn't know how to direct him. Jerry tried to send pictures to my phone but I really needed to be there to tell him. So Jerry came out on a hot Sunday morning to complete the exterior portion of the job to my specifications. The interior went fine. But the exterior was more difficult because it involved installing clapboard siding which Jerry had told me he had no experience with. I'm a preservationist and wanted it to look exactly like the house did when it was built in 1923. In the end, Jerry got it right. I really appreciate it as it was a job that no one wanted to do."

He also sealed cracks all aroud the house, painted the whole house and did extra ensurances to seal the rest of the stucco. It did take a while due to bad weather, but we were totally happy with the end result."
