"Last year I called Dan with All American Inspections to inquire about an inspection and mold testing for a house I was renting at the time. Dan was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions so I decided to go ahead and schedule the testing and inspection. The day of the inspection Tina came out and did a wonderful job. She spent hours inspecting the property, answering our questions, doing the mold testing and explaining about it. I learned a lot that day and I was very, very thankful. Within a few days our 28 page report was emailed to us and Dan called and explained the report in detail. I was so impressed that my father used them as well to inspect and mold test his house and property. Once again Tina was great! She answered all of my dad’s questions and took her time with a thorough inspection and doing the testing. Dan was awesome with reviewing the report once again. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
