"Magic was competive with the other 6 estimates I received. WHat made the difference was the salesman, JoeNegrey. his sincerity to work with me, to explain the job, to listen to my financial sittation. I am 77 years old, and unemployed since 3/11/29, so money is tight. MY project is divided into 3 parts, first the roof, then Windows and siding, last its the patio. Joe was the only salesman who went up in the attics and saw the wood. That had to be replaced, his estimate included the plywood which gave me an honest cost for the job. We called him for a quote on our siding, and we had an appointment within 2 days, he was honest and up front about what would be included in the quote given. Since we needed to complete some work to our front porch first Bob allowed us to push the project back until we knew we would be ready, and he allowed us to finance the project. Once Bob and his team started the project he made sure to stay in constant communication about what would need to be fixed or changed from the original plan and quotes.
