"The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Lisa and her team provide excellent communication on the project throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier. Originally, I just wanted the house painted, but it turned out we needed to replace some wood siding and Pablo did an excellent job. Pablo is phenomenal and is a perfectionist. I am so thrilled and happy every time I go outside to look at my home. We even had new windows installed- Lisa facilitated the process for the new windows and it was an excellent experience overall. I would hire them again and actually I plan too this fall when I need some additional help on the outside of my home. Excellent pricing,excellent communication, top-notch service. They cleaned up everything which was a huge plus! We recently got a new puppy that was walking around the backyard and in the house and they treated her like family :) they went out of their way to ensure nothing was on the ground and everything was cleaned up, so there was no stress for us or the puppy."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Amazing hard workers!! First of all, I was dreading these painting quotes because I was doing the whole interior of my new home. I received a few that were just ridiculous and succumbed to the fact I would have to handle this myself. Then I saw Alex’s painting on Angie’s List and read the great reviews on cost and workmanship and decided to try one more time. I’m SO glad I did. He came in way under what I had been being quoted and in my budget. There were follow up calls to make sure I had my paint colors and to let me know when and what time they could start. They showed up on time everyday, worked hard 8+ hour day, cleaned up, moved furniture back where it was. All to do it again the next day. (4 days total). They cleanup up the yard each day before departing (it's a messy job). Excellent service from the contracted Dumpster Gods and product delivery team (friendly service and made an effort to avoid any damage to the property). True-Built choose to start the project two days later, then originally scheduled, to avoid any damage from the rain (while the roof was off). I applaud them for the precaution!"
