"Excellent! We needed a deck built where we had about a 3’ drop off from sliding doors. Dakota at Anchor was knowledgeable and helpful and we discussed options, size, aesthetics etc. They got the necessary permits and approvals from the city. We are very happy with the beautiful cost-effective deck we needed."

"Dwight, the owner was great to work with. The crew arrived on time & worked very hard. Clean & neat job. We didnâ  t find so much as one nail on the ground after they finished. Dwight was on the roof making sure the job was perfect. I had 1 request after the crew finished & Dwight came back & took care of it right away. Very professional! Does what he says!! Would highly recommend this company!"

"This contractor was amazing. This is just one of the many projects he has done in my home. Communication has been on point. The work that has been done is top notch. He was always on time and available to answer my questions. The price point for projects was well with in my range. His willingness to work with me and making changes to the plan was great."

"They were very easy to work with. Worked to make the job less expensive. Have not finished everything I asked them to do."

"Des Moines Area Roofing was professional, trustworthy, and demonstrated excellent attention to detail from initial contact to job completion. Cleanup was so thorough that the next day you wouldn't even know that such a major project had taken place. It has been 2 weeks since the new roofs and we haven't seen even one stray nail left behind (and they did a complete tear down to both buildings, right down to the wood). An excellent company with which to do business. I offer my highest possible recommendation."

"They were fast, friendly & efficient. I highly recommend them!"
