It was banging on the side of my house and was threatening to do additional damage. After calling, emailing, etc., several other handyman services (and getting no response) I discovered that I had saved Mr. Handyman URL on my laptop at work. Gave them a call and arranged to perform the repair a couple hours later. Arriving home 15 minutes before the agreed upon time, Duane was already there. He repaired the trim in less than 30 minutes. Very professional. Straightened up after completion. I will definitely use again!"

"I contracted AAPCO for several related projects - replacement roof, gutters with Leaf-x, siding, shutters and windows. So far the roof has been done. Good job. The roof took a day and a half. The roofing crew did a nice job of cleaning up the yard of all debris and used a rolling magnet to pick up stray nails. Only found one nail in the driveway, luckily not with car tire. Mike, the Field Manager, spent hours going over the project details and demonstrated different products but no pressure tactics and gave me some good ideas on a future project I am planning. He was in the area and dropped by after the roof job was done and noticed something that hadn't been done. Two days later, the crew was back to fix the minor problem. Pretty satisfied so far. Can't wait until the windows and siding is started. Based on the work so far, I would definitely recommend AAPCO for their quality work."

"I met Rick and Linda Jenkins at one of the home expo shows that take place in the area throughout the year.  There was something about the way they interacted with me that caught my attention. I felt very comfortable in their presence, not pressured and certainly not 'handed a line'.  After reviewing the information on their website, I knew that I wanted this company to give me a bid on the work that needed to be done on the gable vents of my house.
I called and made an appointment. They arrived promptly at the schedule time, asked for permission to return to do a more thorough investigation of the scope of work, and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Rick clearly explained the choices I had: wood, vinyl, or PVC as replacement materials. He explained the pros and cons of each so that I had the information needed to make the most appropriate decision.
Linda provided the quotes for the two options I was interested in (wood and PVC). She was available to answer every question clearly. I was able to make a decision with no pressure to move into a higher priced option.
The work was scheduled and completed within the specified time frame.  If I hadn't been here on the day the work was done, I would never have known that work had taken place on my house or in my yard--other than seeing new, freshly painted gables. All construction material was cleaned up, no damage was done to either the house or the landscaping. There wasn't even a stray drop of paint that escaped the brush!
I am very happy that I chose RLC Contracting Company to make this repair on my house. I found the Jenkins' to be professional, open, and very easy to deal with.
