"Bill came to the house and provided an estimate with a couple options because of the garage. We did not have a deadline so Bill tried to find a time when we weren't facing rainstorms. Scaffolding was erected first around the house. When they began work plastic tarps were laid out and cleaned up every day as they completed the work. Re-dashing involved a base coat, which was brushed on and then a texture with a slightly darker color, which was troweled on. The base was applied very thoroughly and the texture artistically. With a couple of interruptions for rain the process took about a week and a half. The estimate was $7200 to $8600 depending on options. We did a third option and the cost was $7500. We could not be more pleased with the work and the results and we would highly recommend them for anyone doing a re-dash."

"From start to finish working with Twin Cities Siding Professionals was awesome! They really made the process easy which we greatly appreciated. I was impressed by the cleanup around the yard every day, the responsiveness and willingness to answer any and all questions. We got new siding and also needed to paint brick and get new gutters, all of which TCSP helped with, it was one smooth process even though there were multiple parts to the whole project. The final result is incredible, it looks like we have a new home!"

"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. "I couldnâ t be happier with the work that Pro Custom Builders did for me. I had a piece of facia come loose and needed to be replaced. Tony was able to determine the manufacturer of the original facia based on photos and some information I provided. The facia was 17 years old and I was thrilled that he would be able to match what I had on the rest of my house. When the day came to fix the issue, he walked me through his plan to safely access the area that needed to be replaced, which was on an awkward spot of my roofline between the house and attached garage. After the work was done, he explained what he did and even mentioned a few siding issues that he noticed. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely be calling him for any future projects."

"Working with the teams that completed the actual work on my new siding, roof, and gutters were great! However, dealing with the sales managers in the office was incredibly disappointing. I was told my contract was *all inclusive* when I signed, yet my drip edges were not replaced and then I was told that they were not in the contract. Then my gutters needed an additional 25 that was not in the contract. An additional $250 later, and all was done. No concessions, no apologies for their mistakes."
