The customer service in the beginning was a bit rough. I guess one owner did not want to honor our start update While the other owner DID THE RIGHT THING....THANKS to Michael and Gerry on getting it thru to the owners. After that The job went very good. "I was VERY nervous about picking a roofing company since the roof is one of the most important parts of the house. This was such an easy process. West Coast Roofing did my entire roof (about 1500 sf) in 3 days and did a spectacular job. Their pricing was very competitive (I did not want to go with either the most expensive or cheapest option) and the cleanup was impeccable. All roofing material options were explained thoroughly (I have no clue about materials, durability etc.) and they described in detail everything they were doing to the roof. When some issues involving the skylights came up they solved the problem quickly and efficiently. A few weeks after everything was done I even received a follow up call and again a few months later. I would HIGHLY recommend this company."

"After the sale and measurements we were told their manufacturing supplier did not make custom doors with blinds in them. We thought we might have a problem when they came for installation since they brought trim which was wider and would not match the trim which we had and had bought for that purpose. We thought we might end up having to have some drywall work done around the door. But their installers Enrique and Anthony came up with a solution. It looks great and my wife and I are completely satisfied and happy with the result."
