He even showed me that there were some exposed nailheads (that should have been sealed by a previous contractor but weren't) and took care of that as well. Over several years our front door began sticking and the deadbolt lock was not properly closing.  Rick came out and after several attempts to adjust the door determined that the door installation required a reinstall.  He took the frame apart and explained the poor job previously done on installation.  He re-set the door, installed insulation and reinstalled the frame.  His work quality was outstanding.  He was very responsive, timely and his price was very fair for the work that he performed.  I intend to use him again.
