"Brantley Blanchard and Summit Roofing were asked to ***** wind damage to the roof of our 2-story, 2400sqft home. Although only about 40% of the roof was damaged, Brantley informed me that his team wouldn't be able to simply fix the damaged portions as requested by my insurance company. He explained that the existing shingles on the roof were no longer manufactured because of a design flaw and new shingles would not match. And he explained that the work to replace the damaged shingles would end up damaging the "good" shingles. He described it like pulling on a thread in cloth. He worked with me to have my insurance claim re-assessed and re-adjusted. He even came back out to take additional pictures and video at the request of my insurance company. Once a complete roof replacement was approved, the job was scheduled within just a few weeks. His crew was efficient, hard-working, polite, and cleaned up well.
