I called to accept the estimate, and they said it would take a week to order and install. One week later I called them and the secretary said they were on the way to install my skylight. One hour later they were finished and I am incredibly happy. I had to call to remind them to pay my bill! I will use this company again if I ever have to replace a skylight. "This is a Father and Son business who did an excellent job. They responded quickly to our inquiry. came and did an estimate, and did a great job on a set of very heavy doors. They removed the trim, replaced the wood behind the hinges and reinstalled the hinges using heavy duty screws. They also caulked and painted several places on the doors. It took 8 man hours to do the work and the charge was much less than I expected. I highly recommend RC Windows and Doors Service."
