"Carlos and Brothers replaced five windows for us. Because we live in an older home, it was necessary for them to custom-fit each of the windows, replacing and sizing most of the frames and sills. Given location of the windows, they also installed flashing under the windows, which rest on our sunroom roof. Their work was excellent! The windows, including painting and sealing surrounding surfaces, are lovely. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the duration of the work, the final cost was far lower than other estimates we received, and Carlos and his partners were pleasant, considerate of our needs, and tolerant of our yappy dog. They assessed the damage and got straight to work putting down the protective underlayment...followed by new shingles. The guys also took time to explain what materials they were using and why. They also replaced a few shingles at the rear of the house, which had been quick sealed from a satellite dish removal. I am very happy with the results of the work and the cost. "Fantastic customer service! Sean Holmes, owner/representative, was extremely responsive and engaged from start to finish of our project. We couldnâ t be happier with the process of working with Odyssey Contracting and with their completed work. We had several roofing companies look at our roof, before choosing Odyssey. He did an extremely detailed inspection, taking a number of pictures to show us damage we were unaware of and which was significant.
