Get matched with top skylight pros in Falls Church, VA

"Started out as a repair to some very old skylights. Once it was shown repair wasnt really a viable option, Amazing Skylights did a great job with a new pair of skylights, including the tax credit available for solar power shades."

"My Skylight LLC was a fantastic company with as I was looking for someone to diagnose my skylight leak. Victor, the owner, visited my home and provided a detailed explanation of the problem and his recommendation for repair. This included providing a catalog of skylights so I could see exactly the skylight he recommended. I would recommend My Skylights LLC to anyone who needed a new skylight, skylight repair or any roofing concern."

"They fixed an unusual skylight leading to my basement, of all places, that no other contractor knew how to deal with. They were very professional and did the work at a fair price. The repaired skylight looks neat and does not leak. I am completely satisfied with their work."

"Workmanship was great. New shingles around the skylight matched perfectly. Workers knew what they were doing and were very courteous."

"Terrific crew of 2 workers. Arrived 2 hours late without notification. Repaired a skylight and a lot of dirt ended up inside the house. Salesman said they would not need to go in the house, but to clean up their mess they did have to go inside. Salesman said I would not need to be home when they did the work, he was wrong. Won't really know the quality of their work until it rains and there is no water leak around the skylight...hopefully. Seemed more expensive than it should be."

"Presidential Exteriors were by far the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Some people might not like the fact that they want all decision makers present when they come over, but this is so they don’t waste time coming out again. At first, we thought the price was high but after the job was completed, we felt like we got every bit of what we paid for, if not more. Almost every inch of the exterior of our house (except windows and doors but including gutters and downspouts) were replaced and our 1968 built house now looks brand new. We contracted for a new roof (new shingles and board replacement) for the house and horse barn. We also had a large skylight replaced. This was a big job and Felix and his roofing team were great. They worked from sunrise until well after dark and completed everything in two days even though my roof had some issues. Michael and his team installed Hardie Board siding on the entire house. This was a huge job and the finished product looks incredible, especially the detail work like the trim and capping around windows and doors, and the new soffit and fascia under and on the roof overhang. Michael personally bent all the aluminum himself and took great pride in his work. We never expected the finished product to look so good. I work from my house so I was concerned about how that would work out, but everyone was so friendly and respectful that it was never an issue. Jake the project manager, Eva the project coordinator and the Operations Department were also great to work with. Jake did the final inspection with me, coordinated the removal of excess materials and set up some minor touch up work that needed to be done. This is an extremely well managed company and I highly recommend them for any exterior work."

"They were not able to repair skylight felt probably needed replacement"

"Real1 Construction LLC exceeded all of our expectations. We could not be happier with the level of service we received. Jason's team got the job done under budget with expert care and consideration. Jason and team took the time to come back well after our roof was installed to cripple check all sealants and casings. Real1 Construction also installed 8 new skylights that were over 30 years old. We are very pleased with the work done by Real1 Construction and would hire them again in a heartbeat for other projects (which we have done)."
