They removed leaking unit and replace with a Rheem tank water heater. The work was completed in a timely manner and the old water heater taken. They explained how the water heater worked and how to adjust and maintenance I could perform to assure peak performance. The work quality was excellent and professional."

Chris was more than agreeable to our additional requests like having an extra conduit placed in the trench to the house, and he increased the wind load rating by having more concrete in larger drilled foundation pillars. He determined the fuses in the breaker box out at the panels were blown and replaced them at that visit. CR Solar is a local company here to stay. "Solar array was damage by squirrels. They fixed wiring, replaced optimizers and installed critter guard. This fixed a problem of the array not working when it got wet. I've been able to verify this after 5 rain storms. The inverter now stays on and doesn't trigger an isolation fault after (or during) rain storms. The techs and the people I interacted with were polite and knowledgeable. Good reports sent with the receipt showing what was damaged. I have no idea what comparable rates are with other contractors, but labor rates looked to be about $115 per hour per person based on their labor charge, how many people came and how long it took. Everything was estimated up front, so I didn't experience any surprises. Seems like a solid company."
