There was, however, a glitch in the scheduling software.  I never received and email to my personal email notifying me of which appointment (I was allowed 3 choices during purchasing) I was given.  So, he arrived at my townhome at 0759 on Monday 01 December morning.  I, unfortunately, am on vacation this week and was sound asleep.  So, the poor guy got to greet me at the door half asleep. 

Apparently, Angie's did not send an email to my personal email address.  The system sent one through the internal system's email which I had no idea to check.  This needs to be corrected.

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"I was very impressed with the installer who was sent. He mounted the dish without drilling through my new roof, which might have voided my roof warranty, Also, he mounted the dish in a location where it is easy for me to brush the snow off it in winter. I appreciate his knowledge and thoughtfulness. Also, they didn't charge me to re-install the dish."

"Updated Review: We called for a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly and had standing water in the bottom. I am giving a B because we had some issues with the initial repair and customer service. That said, the owner Brandon, worked with us to make everything right including giving us the option of not paying for the initial repairs. The biggest downside was that the repair wasn't done properly the first time and/or the replacement part was also defective. That meant I was without a dishwasher for three weeks waiting for parts to come in, etc. Brandon came out and repaired it again and no additional charge, and everything is working great now. I've used them for other appliance repairs in the past, and he's always done a great job. Will call again in the future."
