"We are so happy to have picked CR Solar to do our ground-mount grid-tie solar installation. Chris was more than agreeable to our additional requests like having an extra conduit placed in the trench to the house, and he increased the wind load rating by having more concrete in larger drilled foundation pillars. The equipment, the inverter, conduit, disconnect box, was placed on the wall of the house in a very neat, organized manner. Also, Chris walked us through the paperwork with the power transmission company and the power company. He always showed up on time, as scheduled. Then a few years later, after trouble free operation, we thought there was a problem with the inverter. We called Chris, and he made an appointment for the next day to meet at the house. He determined the fuses in the breaker box out at the panels were blown and replaced them at that visit. CR Solar is a local company here to stay. Having a technical background I was interested in the details of the system design as well as participating in the sizing and placement details. Solar Solutions AZ worked with me through the entire process - I fully believe they were happy to talk to me at any level of the design and they answered every one of my fairly detailed questions to my full satisfaction. (A nice change from at least one national installer.) They are true professionals - they are the kind of company I want to do business with. The system was just completed last week - I watched the entire installation and I am very impressed with the attention to detail in their workmanship - both mechanically and electrically. "Solar array was damage by squirrels. They fixed wiring, replaced optimizers and installed critter guard. This fixed a problem of the array not working when it got wet. I've been able to verify this after 5 rain storms. The inverter now stays on and doesn't trigger an isolation fault after (or during) rain storms. The techs and the people I interacted with were polite and knowledgeable. Good reports sent with the receipt showing what was damaged. I have no idea what comparable rates are with other contractors, but labor rates looked to be about $115 per hour per person based on their labor charge, how many people came and how long it took. Everything was estimated up front, so I didn't experience any surprises. Seems like a solid company."

No third party, everyone i dealt with was from green power energy which was great. Installation went as planned, no issues, everything worked great, and all the information i needed to register was sent to me with clear and easy to follow directions. Follow up with Kevin who is the relationship manager was also very informative and also reassuring that I have a point of contact for whatever questions I may have moving forward.
