He took the approach of talking through what my needs were for the repair by discussing benefits and costs of each repair option and talked me into the best value option for my situation. He was looking for ways to save me money rather than ways for him to make money and recommending what he would do in his house. He came over the next morning and installed the new water heater within a few hours. I highly recommend CW Plumbing."
