"I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for a new swamp cooler. The appointment was set for between 10-12. I was at home. I check my phone at 10:39 to find two messages. One saying they have to reschedule as I did not answer the phone. When I called back to let them know I was home the person on the phone said my time was now pushed back to between 11-1 because I did not answer the phone. I told them they should tell customers when they make the appointment that they will be calling and if the customer does not answer the appointment may be pushed back. The person on the phone was rude. I cancelled the appointment as I did not want to work with them."
