"I've worked with the team at Ortega for more than 5 years for projects at both my home and a rental property. Work has included installation of new heating/cooling package unit, water heater installation/replacement (2), evaporative cooler installation, and miscellaneous heating and plumbing repairs. They are always quick to respond and get the job done as promised and per their estimate. Highly recommend."

"We are just beginning the process through Stuart at One World Energy. Stuart has been efficient, effective and easeful in navigating us through the initial stage."

"Great service and very helpful!"

"Prompt, professional and reasonable. Would definitely recommend them."

"Greg did a wonderful job with replacing our water heater and now works well and looks good. He was able to come in the next day after getting a quote from him. It did take him a whole day just because he didn’t have his helper. Otherwise, good service!"

"Excellent workmanship, arrived as scheduled, very knowledgeable. Project showed true workmanship upon completion. Would HIGHLY recommend. Rating would be ten (**********) stars if available."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"I had some electrical problems and Jenna came out and gave me exactly what I wanted! She explained to me what she could do to solve my problem and she was going to put in some electrical boxes by my Internet router and I got exactly what I wanted. I’m extremely happy. She’s very knowledgeable, courteous, and a very nice person."
