"They are in the process of sending out an engineer"

"We used this company a few years ago to install several solar panels on our roof. We're very happy with the work and our energy bill. It was a smooth process and I would recommend them. We've even hired them to install more."

"Upon arrival, installer started job quickly and professional. After job completed, he asked if we were satisfied with job. We were and he cleaned up."

"They did fine. They could be better. When they came out, they didn't bring the Rock box so it caused another service fee and the guy that was here was supposed to take care of that. I think he called them to take it off but they didn't. So its still billing and its all screwed up. They went up more than they said they'd go up. They had to come out twice."

"Excellent service! Very prompt & professional. Thoroughly explained what issue we had and what was done to fix it. Reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend! We will definitely use their services in the future."

"It went well. The process was quick and easy."

"Whoever Nick sends to work at our house has always figured out what needed doing (and not more) and been able to get it done quickly, surely and cleanly. In this case we had just at our water main changed which cause sediment to clog fixtures and kill water pressure. Chris gave us the good news that a replacement fixture and part was all that stood between us and square one----and he fit us in the next day so that we could go out and buy the kitchen faucet we needed."

"On time, excellent work and cleaned up when finished.  We have used Lay several times and they have always done the job right.

"Service has always been excellent. Really goes above and beyond for us. Canâ  t say enough about well we have been taken care of."
