"We used one of Angie's List special offers to purchase a tankless water heater. We were able to get an appointment for the installation very quickly. The team arrived on time. The men removed and hauled away the old 80 gallon water heater. Then they attached the new tankless unit to the wall. They needed to run a new PVC vent out of the house which they did. We asked them to attach the unit to the inside wall, which caused an additional charge because the pipe had to run 25' across the basement ceiling. The men were professional, pleasant and very neat. They were very knowledgeable about their product and answered all our questions.

"We received quotes from two businesses. They were about equal. We used Smith & Sons because of the name brand of Trane and because we know someone who works there who has years of experience. We were pleased with every aspect of their installation and service. They scheduled it and arrived on time, cleaned up after the job and kept us informed along the way. It was all done in one day.
