"We signed a contract to replace our liner with the salesman after he inspected our pool. We pointed out rust on the side walls. He said it wasn't a problem. When the workmen showed up they said the pool could not be repaired. I think the salesman should have done a better inspection. We were not charged so that was great customer service."

Izabella came to our project with wonderful suggestions, from the overall design down to the smallest details. Early on we met with her at her supplier and picked out paving stones (much better than choosing them from a catalog, which we could have done). Her crew was very professional. Flavio, the foreman/supervisor for the hardscaping was terrific, as was his entire crew. We had some permitting issues with the township early-on, which Izabella resolved by staying on top of it and keeping us informed. "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
