"Excellent. I needed a new base for the pool equipment which was not level. In addition, I wanted to have the pool completely renovated-new plaster/gunite. Went with Diamond Brite for the Aggregate Finish. The company works as a team led by the owner Kevin. The work was done on schedule. The company kept all moving along well. The communication was good-I was always able to reach someone whether it was Kevin or the office manager Elizabeth. The individuals working for S&R know their jobs and were able to provide helpful suggestions to improve all whether it was the equipment or the pool itself."

"This company maintained our pool all summer long. The pool we have is a large gunite pool with salt water, it is hard to maintain and keep clear but they did it. If there was ever an issue or concern, Clinton responded himself within a few hours of contacting them. When our pool filter shorted out in a storm, they were there within 2 days with a new filter and gave us a fair price. The billing is easy, they give you a paper copy as well as send an email providing a bunch of payment options. The receptionist is efficient and someone always responds and answers. They send reminder emails before coming to service your pool. Communication and work is great."

We originally were going with the company that built our in ground pool but we decided to go with Suffolk because they made our deal with them much more attractive. We are still impressed with the speed of the installation and the quality of the end product, these guys are clean courteous , and left no mess whatsoever. "I chose this company over 3 other reputable pool companies in Long Island after going through design and quote process. When I met John, he gave me the confidence that he knew exactly what we were looking for. Not only he knew all the technologies we asked for such as ozone system, salt, automation and lighting, but he also knew the town codes. He advised exactly when to apply and how to plan the installation of the new pool. When I had some concerns, he showed up to address them properly. During the installation they met every date I asked them to perform. They even did extra things that were not on the contract and paid attention to details that I was not aware of. Girls in the office have always been kind and were extremely helpful during liner selection process. Nestor was incredibly patient during the whole design process. He listened to what we had in our mind and he brought it to life. He took his time for all details. The entire team was kind and respectful. Every day at the end of day, they cleaned up the working area and left. John Joseph was not the cheapest company out of the four, however, they delivered everything i asked for and more with quality. Overall I am very happy and endorse this company for any new pool installation."
