"I called Mike on a Friday and he met me the following Monday afternoon to look at the pool and equipment.  He called me before to let me know he was on his way, and he was right on time.  Mike looked at the system in its entirety, and then he found the problems and explained what it would take to repair them.   Mike is friendly and personable, and his expertise is evident in how quickly he figured out what was wrong.  A week later, Mike was back with the parts, and he completed the repairs and service the same afternoon. As before, I had a call when he was on his way, and he was right on time.  Mike went out of his way to ensure that the entire system was working properly, and he gave me additional recommendations to extend the life of the equipment.
Mike is one of those persons who can lessen your anxiety with his calm approach and "it can be fixed" positive attitude.  I am very happy to find a pro like Mike in my area, and I'll be calling him for all future pool work.

"Danny and his team were outstanding from the start to finsh. The process and timeline was quick. 28 days from start of construction to completed swimming pool. I really appreciated Danny no nonsense approach. Danny explained the process, Helping with financing, Help with HOA doc's, Help with irrigation issues, knew what the city requirements were. Thanks for a great experience and a awesome pool."

"San Juan Pools in Valley Center put in the most beautiful pool and spa for us! Jon Mitchell is such a great guy and always followed through to make sure we were happy and that the job was done right. The price was super affordable and the pool turned out amazing; the pool is nestled between our boulders and they managed to build our spa in spite of some large underground rocks. Other pool companies tried to convince us to move the location, but Jon came through and built an even better pool and spa than we envisioned. Thank you Jon!!! I would have given you 10 stars if I could have!!!"

"Daniel was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my requests. I originally called him to take a look at replacing a pool heater, but I ending up expanding the scope of the work as I got very comfortable with his knowledge and honesty about what he believed was necessary to have a great pool. I would highly recommend him for anything to do with a swimming pool and spa."

"Jack built our pool last year and was great. He always was there when we had questions and really went above and beyond. I would be happy to use them again."

"Prompt...fixed the pool cover to like new condtion!"

"Started off well by actually calling to say would be late at first (see the property to bid) apmt.  I appreciated the timely heads up. Communicates well.  We came to agreement of $790 for the job entailing 3 men to work about 8 hours,
and scheduled the work to be done a couple of weeks later.  I was pleased to receive an official quote by email, with explicit terms.  Replied with clarification.  Oscar replied, yes he had forgotten that.  Also his understanding had been that the above ground pool would be discarded, but actually the previous residents wanted to have it.  Oscar said it would be more work to dismantle it for reuse rather than just tear it down, and suggested that I ask the pool owners to pay the $60 more it would cost.  It was agreed.  I signed and email-returned the contract. Oscar emailed to remind me they would arrive in the morning at 7 am. They arrived about 7:15 and worked hard and wisely! (Extremely hot and humid day!)  Oscar said the pool owner came by and decided to discard the pool after all.  The job was finished in under 8 hours.  Well done!
I discussed with Oscar the possibility of his team doing our regular gardening on a weekly basis.  We came to agreement.
We are also looking forward to planning the redesigning of the landscaping.
I was surprised to be asked for a check at the completion of the job, since my recollection of the contract terms had specified that an invoice would be sent, to be paid by mail (or credit card if arranged in advance).  In fact, I just now received the emailed invoice (with a balance due of $0).  No problem though, just surprised.
I highly recommend Down Under Services performed by Oscar and his team."
