"We had a very difficult project -- the existing concrete and fence had to replaced, along with the pool's concrete bottom, vinyl liner, and some of the plumbing. Midwest Aquatics was the only contractor of 4 or 5 who examined the job, that would do all of the work (concrete & pool work). The quality of workmanship was good, as long as my wife or I was staying on top of the work being done -- however, when we weren't able to watch over the details, MWA's project management and communications were poor. There were several cases where re-work had to be done, 2 serious issues that we're still stuck with, and contention over $$$ owed."

The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."

"I decided to do a few more things and when Mark Krog called me we discussed all of my ideas including, painting the whole house including outdoor trim and all inside walls, remodeling a bath, kitchen countertops and replacing sink and fixtures, installation of new pool and surround deck built, repair of thermopane window, replacing sliding doors to French doors, etc. He is able to accommodate all of my needs. The painting is done, and the kitchen project is about to start as well as the bath project. The outdoor painting is planned for Spring as well as the pool and the deck.
