"Great people, family business, Best pool Bulder in Central Texas"

"I called to inquire about pool service.  He isn't taking new customers but put me on a wait list and gave me an exact date he would contact me.  Very professional.

"The whole team was amazing. They said it would take about 2 weeks and they were done in a little over a week. Very professional and did all they said they would do and more. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any of our pool repairs."

"Tim, the owner, stopped by my house and introduced himself. He shocked my pool, at no charge. From this point, he explained the services he offered. I signed up for weekly pool service. Tim checked my pool on Easter to make sure it was doing ok. A big thumbs up and high five to Tim and his company!!"

"Leland responds quickly to any question or concern I have and is always on time. I can honestly say that under his care, my pool has remained sparkling and clear. It has never turned milky or green, even in the heat of our triple digit summers and that isn't an easy task for an above ground pool in South Texas."

"We've just broken ground for the pool, so I'll have to wait and see how that goes. So far, though, I'm extremely pleased with them. Not pushy, willing to go through the costs items by item, so I can make an informed financial decision. They ACTUALLY seem to want to please me and my family with a great pool."

"I had a very positive experience when selecting High Tide Pool Service for my Dandy pump filter replacement! The scheduler, Rachel, was helpful, polite and friendly. She presented professionally, keeping me informed of the day, the technician who was coming and what time my service was scheduled. The tech, Zachary, seemed very knowledgeable on the workings of my pool pump, arriving on time and completing the process in no time, keeping the work area clean and even labeling the date of service, which really helps me to remember. Based on this experience I will definitely use this company when I need service again."

"My pool equipment wasn’t working. I KenizPool . My pool equipment was repaired and the pool was cleaned. I also hired them for regular maintenance. The commitment to service is excellent. I receive a receipt and picture of my pool. As a pool owner for over twenty years, this has never been done. You will not be disappointed in hiring. The commitment to service you will find none better."

"My sister previously lived at my home and paid for pool cleaning services with Essential Pools at an established rate. I had some concerns with the service during this period, but allowed her to handle these. She moved out and I assumed responsibility for the same pool and services. I notice EP invoiced me an increase of approximately 35% from what my sister was invoiced, with no prior communication or notice. A significant price change without prior discussion or transparency is disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional service provider. I understand providers can increase/charge what they like, but it should be communicated to the customer ahead of time so they can decide if they want to proceed at that increased rate."
