After getting the runaround from a few other providers, Jeff actually came out himself on a no charge diagnosis call and spent over two hours at my house figuring out a problem that had me stumped for the last couple weeks. He was incredibly professional and straightforward, which I very much appreciated. I certainly hope I don’t have any more issues with my older Pool but I can assure you if I do Jeff will be my first call."

"I was given a 2 hour window 4:00 - 6:00 and Kelby showed up at 6:00 so it was within the time frame. Kelby was very professional, courteous and patient as I had alot of questions and was writing down all the answers! I will use the company again and would definitely recommend them. I appreciated how Kelby was not in a rush and how knowledgeable he was about pool water chemistry. He said they would send me an invoice so I'm not sure what the total cost would be - he was here for about and hour and 10 minutes and I had the DE already so he didn't need to charge me for supplies. I had the DE on hand because I thought I would attempt on my own, but it's more of a job than I'd want to handle.
