Dan Meyer designed our pool and he was great to work with. He helped us choose the best colors and materials that would make our vision of a dream pool come true. Reid, our project manager, kept us informed of the steps and time line. He was meticulous and was very detail oriented. The pool start up team of Mike and Justin were just as great. Once the pool was filled, Justin oversaw the treatment of the water to make sure it was perfect for swimming. He was awesome! Justin stopped by weekly and sometimes twice a week to ensure the chemicals were working appropriately. He educated us about everything to know about the pool and he didn’t mind reviewing things when we had questions about pool maintenance and proper upkeep. From start to finish, the pool took seven weeks. The quality of work and attention to detail is impressive. If you are considering a pool, look no further than Larsen’s Pool and Spa. The entire staff, starting with Eric Larsen, were absolutely wonderful to work with. We highly recommend Larsen’s Pool and Spa. Today it seems most companies just want to do the minimal to get by, well that's not the case with Tropical Pools. They did the best resurfacing on our existing pool that money can buy and they were very reasonable with their price. Not only did they do the job as per our contact. But each day they cleaned up the area around our pool deck and made contact with me as to what they have done and what they plan to do next. Keeping us updated gave me and my wife piece of mind. That in itself is priceless! The job was completed within the time frame that was stated in our contract and at the price quoted. What more can I say? He arrived the next day, and thoroughly accessed my current pool system setup, then spent a LOT of time explaining detailed various options for me (my "setup" request was a very unique, unusual one). He was honest and instead of trying to upsell, he recommended a smaller unit, suggesting the larger one would be "overkill" for my small pool.
