If there was ever an issue or concern, Clinton responded himself within a few hours of contacting them. When our pool filter shorted out in a storm, they were there within 2 days with a new filter and gave us a fair price. The billing is easy, they give you a paper copy as well as send an email providing a bunch of payment options. The receptionist is efficient and someone always responds and answers. They send reminder emails before coming to service your pool. Communication and work is great."

"I set Up service last fall after Russ called about servicing a part but I had already closed our pool. We set up service for May, yesterday, and lo and behold, there he was on time and early in the day! I wasnâ t sure to expect him with all these pandemic problems happening but there they were!
