He was on tome and looked at the pool and made not an estimate but quoted a firm fair price price. He replaced the liner in our 27' above ground pool 2 days later. Time was critical to us since we had just discovered our old liner was ripped when we started to open the pool the day before. We had a pool party planned for my daughter's High School Graduation the following week. Our regular "go to" pool service provider could not complete the job in time.
