Kelby was very professional, courteous and patient as I had alot of questions and was writing down all the answers! I will use the company again and would definitely recommend them. I appreciated how Kelby was not in a rush and how knowledgeable he was about pool water chemistry. He said they would send me an invoice so I'm not sure what the total cost would be - he was here for about and hour and 10 minutes and I had the DE already so he didn't need to charge me for supplies. I had the DE on hand because I thought I would attempt on my own, but it's more of a job than I'd want to handle.

He even made a special trip at his own expense to assess what needed to be done at my pool. I had some concerns with the service during this period, but allowed her to handle these. She moved out and I assumed responsibility for the same pool and services. I notice EP invoiced me an increase of approximately 35% from what my sister was invoiced, with no prior communication or notice. A significant price change without prior discussion or transparency is disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional service provider. I understand providers can increase/charge what they like, but it should be communicated to the customer ahead of time so they can decide if they want to proceed at that increased rate."
