"Hollywood Pools built a very difficult custom pool with a lot of features. This pool required a lot of engineering and cooperation with the building department. Ron was key to working all this difficult construction to get our dream pool built the way we wanted despite the complexity of the build.. They kept their word and timing on the project. "I’m writing this review because this company did not do a good job, they did a GREAT job. Today it seems most companies just want to do the minimal to get by, well that's not the case with Tropical Pools. They did the best resurfacing on our existing pool that money can buy and they were very reasonable with their price. Not only did they do the job as per our contact. But each day they cleaned up the area around our pool deck and made contact with me as to what they have done and what they plan to do next. Keeping us updated gave me and my wife piece of mind. That in itself is priceless! The job was completed within the time frame that was stated in our contract and at the price quoted. What more can I say? "This company gave us great flexibility. We had our own tiles that we wanted to use for the waterline under the coping. They had no problem with us doing that, did the installation and took special care of the tiles as they are Premium Green ONYX, which has a tendency to break easily until installed. Additionally, they always responded to my questions quickly, regardless of the day, time, or question. I call that "ABOVE AND BEYOND". IRONICALLY, THERE WERE 4 COMPANIES THAT WE CONTACTED REGARDING OUR JOB. I ma STILL waiting to hear from 2 of them, AND THE OTHER took too long to respond.
