"I’m writing this review because this company did not do a good job, they did a GREAT job. Today it seems most companies just want to do the minimal to get by, well that's not the case with Tropical Pools. They did the best resurfacing on our existing pool that money can buy and they were very reasonable with their price. Not only did they do the job as per our contact. But each day they cleaned up the area around our pool deck and made contact with me as to what they have done and what they plan to do next. Keeping us updated gave me and my wife piece of mind. That in itself is priceless! The job was completed within the time frame that was stated in our contract and at the price quoted. What more can I say? "My experience with Responsible Pools was nothing short of wonderful, throughout. Dean was prompt, pleasant and thorough with our initial communications, even responding after hours. He arrived the next day, and thoroughly accessed my current pool system setup, then spent a LOT of time explaining detailed various options for me (my "setup" request was a very unique, unusual one). He was honest and instead of trying to upsell, he recommended a smaller unit, suggesting the larger one would be "overkill" for my small pool. The quote for the exact same equipment, warranty and labor (actually, more detailed-labor) was MUCH more competitive and fair as compared to the other companies I'd considered. Upon project initiation, Brandon was on time and did an incredible job with a very challenging, unique pump system setup. He worked mindfully and diligently, arranging a very unique, complicated(due to my unusual request), easy to control, effective system. I couldn't be happier!"
