"My wife and I accidentally located APlus Pools while looking for another pool company. We arrived at their office and explained that the piping to our pool salt cell was being repaired. We were asked to return home, photograph the problem, and forward the pictures to the office manager. Later, the office manager told us that a reasonable callout service charge would be invoiced and would contact us when the technicians would arrive.
