"The company responded quickly and the service gentlemen was very knowledgeable, even though we have a very old pool heater system. We were afraid that we would need to get a whole new heater, but he was able to ascertain the issue quickly, said it may just be the sensor and low and behold it was. We were very pleased."

"It went great. Pool was built quick and everything seems to be running smoothly. Process of picking options and financing options was very helpful."

"

the timing for the work to be done was good....the people doing the cool deck slopped paint on the rock work for the pool and we had to call to have them come back to fix that

the refinishing of the the custom rock work was not done like the procedure when the pool was built, they basically painted with one color giving no detail we again had to have them come back to redo

now (july) we are seeing that in the normal brushing of the pool during cleaning the paint on the rocks is coming off, I have called the company on several occasions no return call ever, they did send someone out to photograph the pool about a month ago but no contact on how to correct their work

very disappointed in the quality of their work, the pool is almost 16 years old and the painting on the original rock work that wasn't touched basically looks like it did when it was new, the painting they did won't last a year if we're lucky

"Great! I was very concerned about remodeling my pool with all of the 'pool company' horror stories but Clarity was awesome. I know that in any construction that there can be delays, but they kept moving right along. Brandon had some fantastic ideas that we would have never thought of. They were professional, tidy and I love my new pool remodel!"
