"My pool heater broke on Friday and I searched for pros quickly. I realized that most pool companies don’t work on the weekends but I tried. I sent a request for an estimate to replace my pool heater but needed it to be completed on Monday. The owner of Affordable Solar and Pool Heating replied on Saturday and provided me with an estimate and scheduled the replacement on Monday. The tech, Henry came on Monday. He was one hour earlier and replaced the heater. He was very knowledgeable, Courteous , neat and took the time to explain everything he had done upon completing the replacement. It was a great experience and I was extremely happy with the results. Their work ethics or great and they are very focus on customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend this company."

Today it seems most companies just want to do the minimal to get by, well that's not the case with Tropical Pools. They did the best resurfacing on our existing pool that money can buy and they were very reasonable with their price. Not only did they do the job as per our contact. But each day they cleaned up the area around our pool deck and made contact with me as to what they have done and what they plan to do next. Keeping us updated gave me and my wife piece of mind. That in itself is priceless! The job was completed within the time frame that was stated in our contract and at the price quoted. What more can I say? He quoted me a fair price and gave me a referral to a concrete company to do the leveling. Kent is one of the most professional people I have worked with. He says what he means, and means what he says. His worker Jay, the tile Master, was an incredible perfectionist. He stayed late, way past his crew left, to ensure every part of the pool was done right. So there would be no more leaks. We're not rich people, and our pool is not huge. But Kent and his pool company serves EVERYONE. Kent saved our families pool. For me, my children and their children!
