"Very well! Arrived when scheduled, performed services requested and provided instructions on our pool, which is new to us."

"Very knowledgeable and professional. I will be using them for my all future pool cover needs. Highly recommend C&R Pool Covers."

"I highly recommend Tim and his company for pool cleaning in the Carmel area. Tim is not only incredibly nice and professional, but he’s also a true subject matter expert. Over the years, I’ve had different companies come in to check my pool, but none could figure out how to properly clean it, address water heater issues, and keep it consistently sparkling. Tim, however, knows it all. His expertise, attention to detail, and friendly attitude make all the difference. If you want your pool in the best hands, Tim is the one to call!"

"Las Palmas Pool Co. was outstanding, from the start to the finish. They work 7 days a week to get the work done. They completely renovated our old concrete around the pool, coping, tile, and plaster bottom pool. Very experienced, and easy to work with staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!"

"Tom replaced and installed a new pool heater for me. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with information and suggestions to save me a little bit of money. Friendly and very professional."

"After using another pool service company for several years, we were looking for another company that was more responsive to our requests. Hoosier Pool Guy not only was responsive to opening our pool for the summer, but they also were here within one week of my first contacting them. I especially like the online list of service prices meaning there are no surprises in billing. The crew was professional, polite, fast, and left no trash behind. Two thumbs up for all-around excellent service!"

"Really impressed with the work overall."

"Was quoted $250 for closing swimming pool received invoice was over $300."

"The quality of their work was great. Getting them to complete the final details has been impossible. The concrete was poured in September. They were supposed to return in two weeks to install the pool and gate anchors in the concrete. They asked to delay until the beginning of November. We agreed. Because it was fall and the leaves were falling, the pool needed to be covered. So, we installed the cover without the anchors. Because anchors were not installed, we tied off the cover to fenceposts and heavy composite chairs to hold it a week or two until they completed the work. It is now January 7th and I have been unable to get them to commit to finishing the work until yesterday when part of the crew showed up after a snowstorm. You cannot properly stretch a pool cover when it is weighted down with snow and ice. Also, the straps were covered with snow and ice. In summary, the quality of work was good. If fact, we were considering hiring them for two more projects. If you hire them, do not make the mistake we made. We paid them before everything had been completed and trusted them to finish the job. Big mistake. We have now purchased the tools to complete the remaining tasks ourselves. At 70 years old, it is not a job I look forward to."

"I truly appreciated Indy Pool Covers honestly and promptness in getting my cover fixed. At first, I requested a repair. Matt came out and didn't not charge me for a service charge since the cover was in bad shape and needed repair. Shortly after it broke (while waiting on the new cover to arrive). They knew I was in a "pickle" and needed to get the pool open soon due to other issues also going on. They were able to get my new cover installed and working in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend them!"
