"I selected Penate Tile & Home Improvement based on their reviews. Now I understand why and I’m so glad I did! Ronal and Jose did a very nice job with my kitchen backsplash! Ronal even took time to correct a problem that was all my fault! I added a few accent tiles but didn’t want to over do it. I asked that he not add an accent tile in one corner, but it later turned out that the extra accent was needed. Ronal chiseled out 4 tiles and added the accent, no extra charge! The end product looks very nice and I am pleased! Thank you Ronal and Jose for the wonderful work you did for me!"

It turned out that we didn't need the glaze so Mike reduced the cost of the job which was greatly appreciated. Mike was very easy to work with and very meticulous and professional. I called him for a suggestion on a product to repair the chips as I thought we could do the minor repair. He recommended a product that I could not locate. I called him to follow up and he failed to call back."
