"I hired Cory after meeting him and reading his reviews. He started working as we agreed and kept coming back each day until the job was finished. He did 3 bedrooms in tile. The end result is fabulous. At 3 doors he had to blend in 5 year old tile and manage to do a beautiful job even when the old tile widths conflicted with the new . You have to look really close to tell there is a change. Most importantly my wife is absolutely happy with the end result. Cory performed 100%+ on the full terms of our agreement. He even did additional work at no charge."

"They initially told me it would be $925 to clean and seal my Saltillo tile floor and a travertine table. After multiple back and forth, they agreed to $750, but explained that the job would take all day and that they would probably have to come back a second time. The job took 2 1/2 hours for one guy and did not appear to involve particularly skilled workers, although, again after a couple of negotiating phone calls, they also agreed to send a guy to help move the washer/dryer. I figure that works out to around to more than $250 per hour. I would have thought that was a bit much, and might not have agreed to pay it had they not misled me about the amount of work involved. That being said, my floors and table look great."

"They were great, really funny and really professional at the same time! My house smells good again and the only stain that didn't come out was due to a bleach spill that I knew was permanent. It cost a little more ($30 more) than I expected but it was understandable, I didn't expect to find a 'favorite corner' for my dog either, so they treated it and the smell is gone even a week later. See you in a few months!"
