"My sister and I hired Sean and his team to come in and deep clean our mother's home while she was away. Her house is full tile and after her elderly dog's passing, it was in need of some TLC to freshen up her home. Josh was our service guy who came and he was on time and courteous and thorough and patient (as we found issues we didn't know needed addressing). He was willing to add to his already long day by adding on additional needs and went the extra mile to help apply a pet odor treatment before leaving. Her couches looked brand new and the freshness was immediate. Even after a hiccup in the drying process (due to our own oversight), Sean and Josh helped us with advice on how to address it and even offered to come back out quickly to help us address our problem. I cannot say enough great things about this company! While I was handling this from out of state, I will be recommending them to all my friends and family back in the St. Pete/Clearwater area all day! "I am so impressed with Lipsky and Son. Nathan came to assess our job and was knowledgeable and honest about the difficulties involved with the tile we wanted to use. He was prompt, friendly and professional in his demeanor. He returned phone calls and produced an estimate very quickly, which was helpful for us with an urgent time frame. Alex was the Site supervisor who was the most professional of any vendors we have dealt with, and the list is long. He was completely courteous and dedicated to doing the job right. He consistently came to assess the work as it was progressing, and insisted on corrections that would perfect the final result. He made sure to follow-up to get approval from me on the phases of this job, and has proven to be a problem solver, as this small job presented several challenges (tiling a recessed bathroom nitch and fixing the damaged wall around it). I appreciated Alex’s philosophy: “it’s not a problem, it’s a situation. And we find solutions to situations- that’s what we do. And we work until we get it right.” Wow I am so grateful that we found Lipsky & Son, or that they found us through our inquiry with Angi. After the tile was installed beautifully and the wall around it smoothed and painted, I revealed to Alex that his was the 4th attempt we made at getting this job done right. Lipsky & Son won the prize! We would highly recommend them and would readily hire them again! Thanks Nathan and Alex, and thanks to the artisans Fabrizio and Fernando-On Day One, they worked all day with a wet saw cutting and installing these fancy glass tiles. When they were done they had us look over everything to insure that we were satisfied with what had been done. My wife asked if there was anything they could do to cove a couple of cracks in the tile and they took care of that on the stop. Cracks can no longer be seen."

Over the years I've had numerous occasions to watch tile setters knock out a job...bing bam, their out the door and what you get is what you get...good, bad, or indifferent. It's just another job.
