He gave input on the project and helped us create our dream bathroom. His approach was as if he was doing the project in his own home, thoughtful, and done properly. Price was very fair for the quality of work. He has been in the tile industry for over 16 years and now has started his own company. He was clean, respectful, and a joy to have working in the home. Truly a nice guy. I will be hiring him again for shower tile work and our new kitchen remodel."

From total tile replacement, grout repair, great prices, and courtesy, this company was a wonderful and trusted experience. We hired them for interior and exterior tile work. The workers were timely, they explained every option and made solid recommendations. They cleaned daily and the estimate of project duration was prompt and timely. The owner is from a generational family of expert tile setters and the work shows. Recently, I hired them again to regrout a busy family's kitchen counter and bathroom project. "I would highly recommend Bill for a tile project. He did a beautiful job in tiling our garden window, which included, putting some white ceramic tile with some decorative flower tiles on the bottom of the window and up the sides. I feel like he communicated very well with the project, including by email, and also in person. We also talked on the phone once and I appreciated being able to talk to him before booking him to do the project. I feel like he is a true professional, and he was able to advise me on the best layout of the decorative tiles with the plain ones. It is absolutely beautiful and it really makes us feel uplifted to look at it. I feel like he was a reasonable price for the work that he did. He was reliable, and he came on time both days. I also appreciate that he was tolerant of my dogs who are not always welcoming of strangers. I do believe overall the quality of his work would lead me to recommend him to others, and I would give some word of mouth reviews as well to my friends and family if they are looking for someone who would do a good job on tile. He told us a story about how he started learning tile from his father at age 10, and he definitely has some years of experience in learning the business, and now having his own business as well. I also appreciate being able to schedule the job within a short time as I know many people are busy, but I was really happy that I could get the job done in a short amount of time as well. Bill is open to answering questions and I really appreciate that especially because you want to have your work done right even if it is a small project and he was willing to advise us and help us to make this project the best that it could be.
