Because this was a health need, the company graciously worked to get the project done quickly. The contract was signed on 8/14 and the conversion was done on 9/4-9/5. The installer, Clay, and the plumber, Jake, arrived promptly at 8 a.m. on the start date and were efficient, considerate of cleanliness and very competent. They worked hard to meet all our needs and to get the project done quickly and professionally. Their work is not cheap, but you definitely get what you paid for. We are confident that the follow-up and willingness to satisfy will continue if we have any questions or concerns. We would also mention that the office staff were also very friendly and helpful.
