Unlike some other tile business owners we contacted, Nick Pastuhovs first came to our house to discuss the project and spent nearly two hours with us, offering suggestions on how best to create our dream bathroom. "Shark (yup, that's his name) and his lovely wife Marcia gave us an amazing experience. They tackled the removal of all our carpet (stained by sick dog) in the upstairs, and replaced it all with Pergo Timbercraft we requested. They were very hard workers, clearly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done very well. The work he did customizing our staircase was amazing as well. One thing I really appreciated is that Shark was willing to take the time to tell me why something was done a certain way. He pointed out different choices that had to be made, and when we made them I felt informed, and that my input and questions were heard and appreciated. As a customer, this felt good! I have, in 54 years, not had this good of a customer service and project experience. Shark, Marcia, their son, and the rest of his team did an amazing job and our home has never looked better. "The overall experience was excellent, except that the tile installers should have used tarps in the work area to protect the wood floors in the kitchen and the carpet in the path to their saw. The small flaw in the quartz was repaired very quickly and you can't even tell it was there. All workers were prompt and courteous."

"This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. My realtor has already offered Palm Construction opportunities for other jobs. My neighbors have asked for their contact information to get quotes. I highly recommend Palm Construction for your renovation work, whether it is a large or small job. During the 6 weeks of this job, I got to know the principal, Guy Yaakov, and his team.
