Before we contacted Tom, we were in a terrible mess where a previous contractor had installed uneven tile with messy grout...not only did the other contractor's work look horrible, but the tile was sticking up so high in some places that it was a tripping hazard. Needless to say, we fired the other contractor! After we found Tom, he met with us quickly and helped us with a game plan for the best way to correct the situation (which in this case was to remove the existing tile and apply a self-leveling concrete before starting with the new tile). And we are more than happy with the quality of his workmanship and the look of the finished installation.
