"Great. He did a fabulous job of removing all old grout and caulking in my shower and replacing it with new. Very clean, methodical, professional work. I would hire again."

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"Very nice company to deal with. Called me to say they would be late. Did a great job on our grout and tile."

"Took to long! Worked one day and didn't show for days! Gave me a price for another small tile job and never showed or returned messages! Very nice but unorganized and undependabld!"

"Paul Riccio is, hands down, the most trustworthy and professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. Paul remodeled my basement after a flood and water mitigation had to be done. My basement was completely destroyed. Paul not just restored it, he transformed it. I lived alone and had to work, giving Paul access to my home while I wasn’t present. He was respectful of my home, treating it as his own. When I got home, work was always done and the work space was clean. He showed up when he said he would and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Paul Riccio is a contractor who takes pride in his work and puts great value on his personal and professional reputation. I can do no less than give Mr. Riccio my complete and wholehearted endorsement. He’ll be my go-to guy should I ever need anything done in my home again. Hire Paul Riccio for any home project, large or small. You won’t be disappointed."
