"The day the tile wall in my master bathroom collapsed when I leaned on it turned out to be my lucky day—it led me to Joe Maxwell and Tile & Grout Solutions, Inc. Joe and his installer Kiki (a tile genius!) built a beautiful walk-in shower where the tub used to be. That shower became what was until recently the best-built part of the house—now it is joined by the gorgeous porcelain tile floors throughout our downstairs and on our stairs! Joe was a delight to work with from the very start. His estimates were thorough, and he explained every step in the installation process, including the timing and the materials needed. Joe, Kiki, and their assistant tiler Leo were meticulous in their work, and they adapted adroitly to the unexpected—such as when they pulled up some old tile and found a hole through the slab with a water pipe running through it! The only reason there wasn’t a fountain in my entryway that day is because of Joe’s and Kiki’s ears: before pulling up the old tile, Joe happened to drop something on the tile covering the hole. When the thing hit the tile, it went “plink” instead of “thunk.” Joe and Kiki looked at each other in alarm—“plink” indicated a hollow spot under the tile where it should be solid. So, instead of using a jackhammer to pull up the tile, they gently used a hammer and scraper. Fortunately, that hole was the only surprise, and the rest of the job went smoothly. Every evening, my husband and I come home and remark on how beautiful our floors are—we are thrilled! We hope Joe and Kiki can put up with us when it comes time to tile our upstairs! Thank you, Tile & Grout Solutions, Inc."

"E & E Flooring did a great job installing tile to match existing tile in our home! They were punctual, paid attention to detail, and left the site very clean over the 2 days of installation. Very satisfied and highly recommend their services!"

"Israel and his team started with a shower pan and tile job that turned out so well, we kept them on board to help us finish a 1949 triplex renovation. Seph installed numerous doors and windows, built a small deck, replaced fences and gates, and resurfaced and painted three concrete patios. Israel's crew quickly and expertly installed new laminate flooring, added two concrete driveways, and even helped us install five new window AC units. Quite simply, this company completed every request we made in short order, in good quality, at a very fair price. We are so thankful we found them. We just wish we had found them years ago."

"We had a crack in the grout of our tile floor which caused the floor to bulge upward. Grout Medic came out and removed the grout, reglued all the loose tiles and put in new grout. It looks great! Flat and blends right in with the existing grout. They also contacted us immediately when we asked for a quote. They got us on the schedule within a week. The guys who did the work were very nice and did a great job."

"I am very satisfied with the results. Great job. My tile floor looks new."

"Just had our entire house tile floor cleaned and sealed by SHINE Tile and Grout Cleaning. What a wonderful job they did. Our floors had not been cleaned in the 20+ years of living here. Ricardo, the owner, said what he would do and did what he said. It is amazing to see the difference in our floors. Now for the good part: my wife is happy with the work SHINE Tile and Grout Cleaning did and they did it in less than a day!!!!!"

"It went wonderful. Steve’s attention to detail and care for your home is second to none. I highly recommend him for your project. We were so happy with the work he did in our kitchen that we had him back a month later to do tile work on another area. We intend to have him remodel our bathrooms next year. Again, I can’t recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed."

"My wife and I are very satisfied with the work just completed, and she is hard to please. We highly recommend this company."

"Emrah and his team were very involved in making sure my bathroom tile project had the best possible outcome. He suggested the best type/size of tile, grout color, edging etc. that would create the best look. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did not take shortcuts or worry about the amount of time he had to spend on the project to make sure it was right. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. I have other projects at the house in mind and plan to hire Emrah in the near future."
