"Our experience with Pyramid Granite echoes the other rave reviews on Angie's List.  We visited their showroom in search of a small piece for the counter of our wet bar, and the staff treated us as respectfully as if we were making a much larger purchase.  After we narrowed the remnants to two leading contenders, salesperson Degi looked at our choices and, at our encouragement, was willing to offer her opinion - which we greatly appreciated.  We were even more impressed that she recommended the much cheaper option.  We measured and installed the granite piece ourselves, but installation went seamlessly because Pyramid Granite's fabrication of the granite was impeccable.  We also were very pleased that they sell sinks and faucets on-site at their cost, so we were able to streamline our process and do so cost-effectively.  When we have the budget to replace our kitchen counters with granite, we'll definitely use Pyramid Granite again.  Highly recommend.

"Dale and the Grout Masters crew did an awesome job replacing a dozen broken porcelain tiles in our kitchen. Dale was prompt in providing a very reasonable quote, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Our original kitchen contractor had not properly adhered the tiles to the underlayment. Grout Masters replaced the broken tiles, painstakingly stabilized all of the other loose tiles, perfectly matched the existing grout, and cleaned and sealed the grout in the entire kitchen. This time, we are confident that the work will last! We are now considering Dale and tear for our bathroom remodeling tile work. Highly recommend!"

"I'm an absentee landlord. The tenant called and said water was leaking from around the chandler in the living room. I hired Bledar and crew based on a recommendation from a realitor. Turns out the plumbing behind the bathtub on an upper floor had corroded. My house is in Old Town Alexandria and has a lot of deferred maintenance. Bledar come over the next day and removed part of the living room ceiling and walls in the bath. It was pretty bad. He recommend a full renovation. He worked with the tentant and together they visited various stores to pick out tile, fixtures ... It turned out great!!! So good that I immediately hired him to renovate a 2nd bath which was also leaking and an adjoining area. Again he went with the tenant and handled all of the details. I can't recommend Bledar enough! Spectacular work, friendly, fast, diligent and very reasonably priced (I had 2 other contractors price the work). He cleaned up everything after each demo and handled all of the details involved with a complete bath remodel down to the studs - including new sub flooring in one of the bath. Couldn't be happier with Bledar and his crew's (including his brother) work ethic and results! By the way - I have never met Bledar, I live in CA."
