The job took much longer than expected but was still performed within the estimate. It was not easy to find a tile professional familiar and willing to work with Saltillo tiles. "Desmond was responsive to my initial phone call, came to my house to measure and completely explained the process of installation of glass block windows in my basement. I wanted the installation of a glass block window with a hopper vent and another glass block window CUSTOMIZED to receive a vent that we made which was similar to a dryer vent. Desmond took our thoughhts to his window manufacturer, then followed with our CUSTOMIZED VENT to have it incorporated into a the glass block window. His window manufacturer did a perfect job in making the window to our specifications. Once the windows were made, Desmond came and installed them as planned. His work was quality in nature, reasonably priced and completed in a timely manner. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Desmond for window replacement to anyone!!!"
