The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

They realized the subflooring was messed up in a section and made sure to stop and communicate so the job can be doone correctly. I appreciated that factor and was able to approve a replacement of the messed up board the great thing was they were still able to finish the job in the time frame they originally stated! I plan to use them for all jobs moving forward. Priced fair,quality work, and friendly and professional!"
