"Oleg was a real treat to work with. It was a very last minute project with a tight timeline and he was able to get the job done right on time. His customer service skills are impeccable. I didn't have to lift a finger. He even went as far as picking up tiles and offering to return left over tiles and sample tiles. His work is perfection and he works very clean. He laid floor carpeting and mats to protect the floor and he would vacuum the dust at the end of his shift. He ensured I was very happy with his work before accepting final payment. His price is very affordable and I will definitely be hiring him again."

"This is an updated review after discussion with my contractor Stone Box. Water damage required new tile flooring, drywall and insulation, cabinets and cupboards with drawers, counters with granite, new baseboards and door frames, kitchen and bathroom water faucets hooked up, refrigerator hooked up, garbage disposal installed, toilet installed, and filtered water system hooked up. Jalal was very attentive to all projects and oversaw in person most days the work of his various crew members. "Stop! Your quest to find the best floor installer has been met. Anthony Spinelli owner of ADS, runs his business with hard work, passion and integrity. Commitment to a job well done. My job was a whole house demo and tile installation. The tile I chose was a large (26x30) hexagon. Hexagon can be quite challenging, so I needed the best installer I could find. I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing. Monique the office manager was so easy to reach and she was quickly able to address all of my questions and concerns. My crew of four Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian arrived on time. "From the beginning even for the estimate they showed up on time and were very professional. Henry came on time at 8:00 and got right to work. Filling all the holes in my travertine, even a crack from an earthquake and now you can't even see it. My floor is 20 years old and went through raising a family. It was not looking good at all. "The entire process was smooth from start to finish.  Scott called back promptly following my initial phone call.  The following day he arrived to view the job and give the estimate.  He was clean, tidy, polite and respectful and gave me a quote after performing a thorough inspection of the job and asking me exactly what I wanted.  He made suggesstions where needed but was not overbearing or pushy.
Scott was consciencious, careful, and particular about doing the best job possible  I was very satisfied with the end product; Scott is a real  "sweetheart".
