"This is an updated review after discussion with my contractor Stone Box. Water damage required new tile flooring, drywall and insulation, cabinets and cupboards with drawers, counters with granite, new baseboards and door frames, kitchen and bathroom water faucets hooked up, refrigerator hooked up, garbage disposal installed, toilet installed, and filtered water system hooked up. Jalal was very attentive to all projects and oversaw in person most days the work of his various crew members. Jalal spent a lot of time driving me to tile/stone warehouses/suppliers to help me match my granite replacement. Very knowledgeable and skilled, Jalal*s advice was excellent in all restoration matters, and he was prompt to address all but one of my concerns. Fair price. I recommend Jalal (Stonebox, Inc.)."

Not only did he do a beautiful job installing my backsplash, he took his time to cut out the odd shaped tiles and make everything flow so that you did not see the squares the tiles were in. "We refinished the cabinets, installed new appliances, and counter top. This was accomplished in reasonable time despite the pandemic (backsplash tile held at port) and all the rain. They worked in close quarters but kept us a fair distance away. The workers were very conscientious about the work they were doing and left the area clean each day they were here. They even came back a few days later when my wife found a couple spots needing touch up. Very accommodating."

It is remarkable that he was able to restore our grout to it's former color AND able to fix the small chips (which I didn't expect or even ask for) in the tile. He also took the time to recolor a few small strips of grout near our shower that stood out awkwardly from a bathroom remodel we did. He exceeded our expectations in every respect. HIGHLY recommended and a true gentleman, to boot."
